Application Process

It involves the following steps
Step1: Right time
The right time to start the application is before three months of the particular deadline which depends on the university, the application form filling is of two types
1.online
2. Paper based
Online Application is directly filled in the university websites and have to be submitted by paying Application using Credit/Debit
In Paper based the Application form have to be downloaded from the university websites, after that we have to submit the hard copy of it along with required documents

Step2:How to Fill The Application Form
For Filling the Application follow the details
1. Select the International Graduate/ Undergraduate Application
2. Be ready with Scan copies of all your documents which are necessar y for filling the application
3. The Confusion is starts with Name i.e Last Name, First Name, The last name is nothing but our Family name and First Name is our Name
4. The Name should be Matched with the name in the Passport/Academic Certificates


Step3: Documents which are required for completing the overall Admission
1. Application form which is completed
2. Academic Memos/Transcripts: Attested copies of Tenth and Inter Memos, Separate Transcripts have to be taken from Bachelor's degree college/University or Attested memos Attestation must be done on Xerox Copies of Memos, Transcripts are the extra certificates given from the university for abroad studies
3. Recommendation Letters: For Master's the recommendation letters are taken from the your UG/Degree College from three different professor's like HOD, Principal, Senior/Junior Professor For UG in USA need only two Recommendation letters from your Higher Secondary School/college
4. Bank Statement: The bank statement is in the form of letter, taken from the Bank Manager on Bank Letter head where you are having saving's Account, it shows the availability of funds with you/your Sponsor are used for your higher education. To each and every university you apply to, you need to enclose an original Bank Statement showing adequate funds to cover at least a year's tuition and living expenses ,Some universities need the Financial Statement filled, in the application itself. If it is indicated as mandatory, you need to get that form appropriately filled by the Bank.
5. Affidivit of Support: It is a Rs.20 Non Judicial Stamp Paper should be notarized, the Affidivit of Support is an Undertaken to be given by your sponsor who finances to your education, It is having Particular Format, has to be signed with the sponsor, Some Universities will having their own AOS form, we have to fill that according to their request, you have to send AOS to each and Every College you Applied
6. Proof of Application Fee: You have to send the signature copy to the university/ payment receipt as a proof of paid Application fee
7. Score Cards: You have to send the Xerox copies of your IELTS/TOEFL, GRE Score cards, some universities will ask to send the official scores
8. Resume, Statement of purpose have to be enclosed with the application
